About Chocolate Chip Cookies

No one refuse cookies, especially if they are home baked ones. They are all time favorite dish among all generations whether they are elder or younger. If you have kids at home then you can keep them bustling with joy with the number of cookie recipes for kids. In fact kids love different shapes to their cookies; this gives them much satisfaction while eating a different shape each time. Cookies are of different types from chocolate chip cookies, sugar rolled cookies, oatmeal resin cookies, classic peanut butter cookies, shortbread cookies, soft ginger cookies, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, to easy graham crackers cookies, caramel apples cookies, cherry snowball cookies and so on. But the best among them are the cookie made up of chocolate chips. These cookies are favorite among all individuals whether they are children, youngsters or elder ones. Chocolate has different layers of flavors; it is a bitter, fruity, nutty, Smokey, astringent, Figgie, raisin, floral flavor which is the essence of cocoa beans. They all are delicious with addition of nuts, and dry fruits.

Chocolate chips cookies especially if they are made at home then we feel that it’s a nice homemade hygienic without any worried about the quality ingredients we put in it as compare to the cookies made at market stores. For making this you have to take ¼ - ½ cup which is approximately 60 to 125 ml melted butter, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, ½ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup white sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, ½ cup yoghurt, 430 ml sifted all purpose floor, ½ tablespoon baking soda, a pinch of salt, one and half cup chocolate chips.

For making chocolate chip cookies preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (around 375 degrees F), take a large mixing bowl and combine sugar, oil and melted butter. Mix until the ingredients have thoroughly combined, add vanilla and yogurt. Mix until smooth, add vanilla and yogurt. Mix until smooth, add all purpose flour, salt and baking soda to the above mixture, mix, until all the ingredients come together, add chocolate chips, divide the dough into roughly equal sized balls, and place them on a greased baking tray. Bake them for around 10 minutes or until they get golden brown. Cookies are now ready to serve just place it on your dining table and wait until they vanish.
